Bahil Amba is a ceremony coordination platform that connects diaspora customers with verified local vendors in Ethiopia. Our platform allows you to:

• Browse and select: ceremony packages or individual vendor services
• Build custom: ceremony packages from available services
• Make payments: for ceremony coordination
• Track progress: of your ceremony
• Communicate: with our coordination team

3User Accounts

To use certain features of our platform, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide: accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain: the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update: any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility: for all activities under your account
• Notify us: immediately of any unauthorized use

4Payment Terms

Our platform uses a milestone-based payment model for ceremony services:

• Initial Payment: Due upon booking to secure your ceremony date
• Second Payment: Due as coordination progresses
• Final Payment: Due before the ceremony

5Vendor Services

Bahil Amba partners with independent vendors who provide services such as catering, photography, venue rental, and entertainment. Important terms:

• Independent Contractors: Vendors are not employees of Bahil Amba
• No Responsibility: We facilitate connections but are not responsible for vendor performance
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes with vendors should be directed to the vendor or raised with our team

6User Conduct

When using our platform, you agree not to:

• Violate: any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe: upon the rights of others
• Submit: false or misleading information
• Engage: in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harass: abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt: to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Distribute: viruses or malicious code

7Intellectual Property

The Bahil Amba platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Bahil Amba and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform without our prior written consent.

9Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bahil Amba and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims arising out of:

• Your use: of the platform
• Your violation: of these Terms
• Your violation: of any third-party rights
• Your submission: of inaccurate or misleading information

10Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You remain responsible for any outstanding payments.

11Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

12Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
